We hear a lot about what makes the perfect ________ (fill in the blank). With a cake, many TV show cooks have their secret ingredients: a pinch of this, a dollop of that… letting it rest, but not too long. But what does that look like in business?
While at Prouty we don’t typically make cakes (but never say never), what truly makes the Prouty Project special is the people. Sure, folks will say our office is beautiful and really gets the creative juices flowing… they’ll say our out-of-the-box activities challenge them to think differently…but at the end of the day, it’s the people who are the true special ingredients. Each person on the Prouty team brings something unique, beautiful, and authentic to the table.
Each consultant has a specialty, and if it isn’t their specialty yet…they’re each willing to try and become an expert in something new. With this eclectic mix, each client or potential client can enter and find their own special blend.
People in this world crave connection, probably now more than ever. So, when folks are hoping to develop their leaders or build their strategic plans, they want consultants on their side who connect and serve—not just prescribe and advise.

The Prouty Project is special because of our unrelenting focus on our clients and their experience with us. We serve our clients very specifically, starting with a blank sheet of paper to design a process that is meaningful to them.
We also care about what happens after the planning is complete and do our best to stay closely engaged with them as trusted partners and advisors whenever they need us.
We love ambiguity and the unknown because we know that is where the growth and “aha’s” happen. When clients choose Prouty, they choose a unique and fun experience and consultants who truly care.
PETER BAILEY
We incorporate engaging and inviting physical space, brightened with natural light and upbeat music. We facilitate dynamic activities that incorporate movement to keep bodies and minds engaged. There are physical problems to solve—floating poles to lower, tarp billiards to pocket the tennis balls—and we curate specific Ted-talk videos, Harvard Business Review articles, and cutting-edge content to inform, inspire, and invigorate our participants.
All activities, musical interludes, and content sharing are carefully designed to bring our participants on a well-crafted learning journey of discovery and application.
