Samantha Harris

Consultant

Samantha Harris has spent the majority of her professional career helping others grow. As an academic coach, she spent years working with a team of coaches who help budding minds expand, establish their path, and connect their academic experiences to their personal and professional goals. As a supervisor, she helped those same coaches adopt challenging mindsets, collaborate better, and provide the best experience possible to their learners. In her latest role as the Manager of Patient Experience at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, she played a pivotal role in evolving operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Supporting a team of 35 employees in a system serving 10,000 active patients, she innovated new processes and protocols that improved the patient experience and helped staff overcome obstacles in their daily routines.

In her spare time, she was an independent improvisational coach and performer who helped others use improv to hone their life skills and develop as leaders.

A natural leader who has a penchant for improvisation? You can see why she fits right in as a Prouty Project Consultant. Before stepping into a full-time role with Prouty, Samantha was as key piece of both prouty i•will cohorts, leading the improv instruction and acting as a facilitator for all areas of the retreat. She brings a wealth of creativity and inspiration to our clients, helping them rediscover their imagination, reflect on themselves, and use their natural-born creativity as the ignition for new ideas.

Samantha has a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications: Performance Studies at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL, and a Graduate Certificate of Leadership from Capella University in Minneapolis.
