We believe the best way to prepare for your future, is to prepare for constant change.

Our Story

At The Prouty Project, our clients are the center of everything. That’s not a cliché. That’s our culture. It’s simply our way of being. We pay attention to the details and we go the extra mile. We never take shortcuts.

We’ve been doing it that way for more than 30 years. Since 1987, when Jeff Prouty started the business, he intuitively knew there was a different way to deliver professional services. He’s spent decades surrounding himself with a team that believes in the principles of his vision:

Show up with positive energy
Be willing to stretch yourself
Be curious
Take initiative
Give back
Have fun!

This philosophy can be summed up in our core values:

Curiosity

Adventure

Generosity
Generosity

Much has changed in the past 30 years, but those values have remained driving forces throughout our culture, the work we do, and how we do it. We hope that future involves the opportunity to work with you and your team.

See Our Spaces

Creative Think Tank

A round room and table bring everyone into the circle as equals on a level playing field of ideas. The richness of this red room is warm and welcoming. Red is the color of energy, passion, action — here, we dream and explore first and then align to advance the business! This different kind of meeting space has been likened to an inventor’s paradise or Disneyland. Toys and music stimulate tactile thinking, lighten up people’s moods and stretch minds to get everyone’s “stuff” out on the table. And the walls are filled with leadership quotes to help people to think differently.

Strategic Leadership Lab

Clients typically move into the Strategic Leadership Lab as they consider the leadership, prioritization and organizational performance elements of business. As they enter, people pass the Prouty Values Wall, which includes the “STRETCH Wall of Fame,” chronicling the Prouty Project’s STRETCH Expeditions since 1999 for creating holistic ways of thinking — in both business and life. Toys and music stimulate tactile thinking, lighten up people’s moods and stretch minds to tackle tough business decisions.

Steinway Studio

Our newest space, Steinway Studio, is named after the Steinway piano located just outside these doors. We believe that every engagement needs an artist in the mix. And what better way to induce creativity than to step away from a formal meeting space, with standard tables and chairs, and create a “living room” where small groups can innovate in this comfortable, creative room.

“The Prouty team does what they say they are going to do. They are a pleasure to work with, and I have the utmost confidence in their advice and perspective.”
