We recently got together and did a little thought experiment. We asked our team members the following question:

Jeff Prouty:
It will be an exciting, invigorating, and thought-provoking day(s). Laced with music, humor, movement to stimulate creative thinking. Laced with lots of “doses of inspiration” along the way—readings, videos, articles, survey data. You will deal with tough business issues in an energizing and positive way. You will often experience the “Supreme Court” way of doing things—everyone talks once before anyone talks twice. Everyone will be heard, and we will work hard to draw out all the great wisdom that lies within your team.

Expect to…
Move. Laugh. Groove to great tunes. Eat food (maybe a favorite – maybe something – either way it’s been curated to tantalize your taste buds). Be challenged – maybe beyond your comfort zone. Try something new. Think differently. Understand more about your business and maybe yourself. Take in the natural light. Play with pipe cleaners. Use 1 million post its. Create new bonds with your co-workers. Feel welcomed and comfortable in our space. See a lot of red. Sit in a round room – where else has a round room with a round table? Watch videos to expand your thinking. GTKYs – First concert? Best concert? Think about your color energy. How are you showing up today? Connect. Be guided through hard conversations.
Adrienne:
Coming to a session at Prouty will be an adventure that stretches your mind, body, spirit! Be prepared to enter with curiosity ready to zig where others may zag! We want you to have a fully engaging and fun experience, much more than a strategic planning or leadership development session. Openness to different and unique is important, as how we do things at Prouty is very unexpected. Be ready to move (and maybe even dance!) as we grow towards transformation and positive change for organizations, teams, and leaders!
