Adrienne hopes to live internationally for a few years at some point in her life. A deeper world perspective and greater human empathy would be her anticipated rewards. Although Adrienne seems to have plenty of both as she proves through her significant community service and volunteering. Whether it’s with Hennepin Healthcare Foundation, Lundstrum Performing Arts, WithAll, or Her Next Play, or any number of other service organizations, Adrienne takes service to others seriously.
This attention to others will be a significant asset for The Prouty Project clients Adrienne serves. As a senior consultant within the Strategic Planning group, Adrienne helps clients envision their bold futures and then determine the goals, strategies, and tactics to achieve that vision. While Adrienne works with clients across industries and sectors, she also has deep expertise and experience in working with mission-driven organizations, non-profits, and educational institutions.
Adrienne is grateful for the abundance of purpose-filled leaders who are powerful women and a positive force in her life, and as a result is a strong champion for women’s agency and empowerment. Adrienne is co-creator and one of the lead guides in the firm’s women’s leadership program, prouty i•will (igniting women in leadership and life), which is helping to ignite women to purpose. Adrienne has also served as a mentor for young girls and women, and has served on boards and committees of women-focused organizations such as WomenVenture and Play Like a Girl.
The highlight of Adrienne’s life is her daughter, Kennedy, whom she describes as a loving and wonderful soul. Kennedy has served as a summer intern at Prouty and is currently attending Hampton University in the 5-year MBA program.
