Kaitlin Hoffman

Support Specialist

During her undergraduate studies at Illinois State University Kaitlin lived out her dream of working in the sports industry as the primary women’s tennis and secondary football contact in the ISU athletics department. She continued her career working in sports as the communication assistant at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl in Atlanta, Georgia. She also helped with the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship. With her public relations background, Kaitlin quickly established herself as a talented media and communications specialist for several industry-leading organizations, where she handily revamped their media strategies to drive performance. Additionally, Kaitlin helped establish a new, fresh, cohesive voice for Hy-Vee’s social media channels, coordinated hundreds of interviews with local, regional and national media outlets, and executed more than a dozen events, including the greatest college football opener of all time in the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium.  Kaitlin is passionate about building relationships, storytelling, social media and helping others.
