The Prouty Project is thrilled to host a round of golf at Hazeltine National Golf Club, a top Twin Cities venue, where 100% of your donation goes to No Barriers, an organization that empowers people with significant and persistent barriers to believe what’s within you is stronger than what’s in your way.

The event will consist of:

  • A round of golf at the renowned Hazeltine National Golf Club (former host of the PGA Championship, Ryder Cup, and other major events).
  • Light refreshments and drinks.
  • The opportunity to connect with local business, non-profit, and community leaders.

Join us for an important event that supports a great organization and cause, fosters important conversations, cultivates personal growth, and lets you play one of the greatest golf courses in the world!

Event Schedule:
 

9:00 AM – Registration
Enjoy breakfast sandwiches and coffee as you check in.

9:30 AM – Program in the Ballroom
Special guests Erik Weihenmayer & Phil Anderson will kick things off with an inspiring program.



10:30 AM – Driving Range Opens
Warm up your swing and get tournament ready.

11:35 AM – Announcements on the Range
Hear final details and updates.

11:45 AM – Course Departure
Hazeltine staff will escort players to their designated starting holes.


12:00 PM – Shotgun Start
The tournament begins!

12:00 – 2:30 PM – Eat lunch on the course.
 


4:30 – 6:30 PM – Cocktail Hour & Raffle:
Unwind with appetizers, drinks, and raffle prizes in the Member Bar & Patio.

No Barriers USA (we, us, our) is a non-profit organization that envisions a world where barriers do not stand in the way of possibilities. They offer transformative programs that show those affected by disability how to cultivate a mindset to break through barriers and elevate their lives and communities. Their programs are organized by affinity and consist of three phases: Phase I and Phase II are virtual, and Phase II is centered on an in-person experience anchored in outdoor activities.

ERIK WEIHENMAYER


Erik Weihenmayer is one of the most celebrated and accomplished athletes in the world. In 2001, he became the only blind person in history to climb Mount Everest. When he stood on the top of Carstensz Pyramid in 2008, he completed his quest to climb all of the Seven Summits-the tallest peak on each of the seven continents.

Erik is the author of the bestselling memoir, Touch the Top of the World, which was made into a feature film, as well as The Adversity Advantage, which shows readers how to turn everyday struggles into everyday greatness.
